Responsibilities
Connect with potential buyer clients daily
Research apartment availabilities within Manhattan
Create comparable analyses and interpret the data
Manage negotiations between Tenant and Landlord or Buyers and Sellers
Schedule tours with other brokers on behalf of clients
Navigate the closing process after contract between brokers, attorneys, and clients. This includes the creation of board packages, follow up inspections, and contractor walkthroughs
Canvass commercial Landlords and brokers in the warehouse and commercial sectors for Tenant opportunities in North Brooklyn (Williamsburg, DUMBO, Greenpoint, Bushwick, Sunset Park)
Cultivate real estate tours of our listings which encompass 500,000sf of space
Work directly with company co-founder to service existing clients
Drive client acquisition through marketing & PR
Qualifications
Real estate license required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong writing skills
Responsive with a pleasant phone demeanor
Patient temperament and a positive attitude
2 - 5 years professional working experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, and social media publishing
Enthusiastic about learning, architecture, and history
Must be willing to work 4-8 hours on weekends to accommodate showings
TRG is willing to train the right candidate without experience who has strong writing skills and the right attitude.
